Life is Better Together
Gospel-centered community is one of our core values at The Restoration Place. It is at the heart of all we do. When we become followers of Jesus, we also become brothers and sisters in the family of God. Belong Groups meet weekly, and it is in this small group context that we learn how to be family, how to love each other and Jesus well, how to stir one another to good works, and how to encourage each other toward Jesus. It isn’t just a part of the church; it IS the church.
“And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near.”
Each group has designated leaders trained to facilitate biblical community and prayer, and our hope is that, through Belong Groups, people will find their life-source through the Gospel of Jesus Christ and that members of each group will truly commit to living daily as the hands and feet of Jesus to serve His redemptive mission in the world today. We were never meant to live life by ourselves.
