Belong Group U is a facilitator development and leadership training for small groups at The Restoration Place designed to equip Spirit-led leaders to cultivate Christ-centered communities where people belong, believe, and grow as disciples of Jesus.

This training is for anyone curious about leading a Belong Group—even if you’re unsure, have questions, or are still exploring what facilitation looks like. Belong Group U provides a safe, pressure-free space to gain clarity, ask honest questions, and learn how to lead a healthy, Scripture-based community.

The experience includes four sessions—three virtual and one in person. You’re encouraged to bring someone with you who may feel called or simply needs an invitation.
